What designs do you have?

We have many options available that include customized monogramming and embroidery choices. You can choose your monogram style as well as the colors you want for monogrammed items. Items that are available to personalize are marked on our site.

How can I save money on your products?

We occasionally have sales and coupons. The sales are for the general public. Coupons are typically reserved for people who sign up for the mailing list!

How much is shipping?

We offer $5 flat rate shipping for all orders within the continental US. All orders over $75 ship for free!

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept items back for store credit only on all non-personalized items within 14 days of purchase. Any and all returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. If an item has been used, worn, or washed we cannot accept it. Please include your purchase invoice with your return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. Please remember that colors of products or monograms may vary due to screen resolution or photography factors. These variances do not qualify as defects and do not warrant a return or replacement! Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a return. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Monogrammed and personalized items usually take 3-5 business days to be finished and shipped. Non-personalized gifts and apparel take about 2-3 days to be shipped from our facility in Missouri. Once shipped, an order can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your location and the time of year.

This item is a gift. Can you ship it discreetly?

Many of our items can be shipped without the product information on the outside of the boxes. Check each listing and make sure you mark your order as a gift in the checkout!

Can I return a monogrammed or personalized item?

No, monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for return. However, if you find that the monogrammed item you ordered is defective or damaged, please contact us. Please keep in mind that The Southern Rose is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
