• Each embroidery font only has certain sizes available so our customization will be custom created by the designer to be proportional to the garment according to what is being stitched. Designs may appear smaller or larger depending on number of characters OR the size of the baseline of text.

• When purchasing this listing, you are acknowledging you understand that 3D puff embroidery must be carefully maintained for longevity to keep your custom embroidery looking good for years to come! 
• How to Wash: turn your sweatshirt inside out with few items as possible, we highly encourage hanging to dry! If you must dry your puff embroidered sweatshirt, keep it inside out on delicate (as cool as possible) 
• We are NOT responsible for flaws to stitching after purchase -- this type of embroidery can snag easier on buttons of shirts, zippers, etc when washed with other items. We will NOT accept back damaged apparel as we cannot guarantee our suggested washing instructions were followed.
• Any issues with our custom embroidered items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Due to this item being custom ordered and created, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
